Dietpair ("uygulama"), yapay zekâ destekli bir kalori ve beslenme takip uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, uygulamayı kullanırken hangi verilerin toplandığını, nasıl kullanıldığını ve haklarınızı açıklar. Veri sorumlusuna msalihdamlibag@gmail.com adresinden ulaşabilirsiniz.

Toplanan veriler

• Hesap bilgileri (yalnızca giriş yaparsanız): Google veya Apple hesabınızdan ad, e-posta ve profil fotoğrafı.
• Yemek fotoğrafları: kalori analizi için çektiğiniz fotoğraflar.
• Beslenme ve egzersiz kayıtları: yediğiniz yemekler, kalori/makro değerleri, su tüketimi, egzersiz girişleri.
• Profil ölçüleri (girerseniz): yaş, kilo, boy, cinsiyet, hedefler.
• Cihaz tanımlayıcısı: rastgele üretilen anonim bir kimlik (reklam kimliği değildir) ve isteğe bağlı bildirim aboneliği.
• Geri bildirim: gönderirseniz mesajınız.

Kullanım amaçları

Veriler yalnızca uygulamanın işlevleri için kullanılır: fotoğraftan besin analizi, günlük takip ve geçmiş, eğitmen/danışan paylaşımı (siz bağlantı kurarsanız), hatırlatma bildirimleri ve hizmetin iyileştirilmesi. Verileriniz reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz, üçüncü taraflara satılmaz ve sizi uygulamalar arasında takip etmek için kullanılmaz.

Yapay zekâ işleme

Yemek fotoğrafları ve tarif/egzersiz istekleri, analiz için Anthropic API'sine (Claude) iletilir. Fotoğraflar model eğitiminde kullanılmaz.

• Vercel (barındırma ve fotoğraf depolama)
• Neon (veritabanı, PostgreSQL)

• Google / Apple (isteğe bağlı giriş)

Saklama süresi

Yemek fotoğrafları sunucuda en fazla 7 gün tutulur ve otomatik silinir (besin kayıtları ve küçük önizlemeler kalır). Diğer veriler, siz silene kadar saklanır.

Hesap ve veri silme

Hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi uygulama içinden kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz: Profil → Hesabı Sil. Bu işlem kayıtlarınızı, fotoğraflarınızı ve eğitmen bağlantılarınızı geri alınamaz şekilde kaldırır. Tek tek günleri Geçmiş ekranından da silebilirsiniz.

Haklarınız

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme hakkına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için msalihdamlibag@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.

Dietpair ("the app") is an AI-powered calorie and nutrition tracking app. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the app, how it is used, and your rights. You can reach the data controller at msalihdamlibag@gmail.com.

Data we collect

• Account info (only if you sign in): name, email and profile photo from your Google or Apple account.
• Meal photos: photos you take for calorie analysis.
• Nutrition and workout records: meals, calorie/macro values, water intake, exercise entries.
• Profile measurements (if you enter them): age, weight, height, gender, goals.
• Device identifier: a randomly generated anonymous id (not an advertising id) and an optional push-notification subscription.
• Feedback: your message, if you send one.

How we use it

Data is used solely to run the app: analyzing food photos, daily tracking and history, trainer/client sharing (if you connect), reminder notifications, and improving the service. Your data is not used for advertising, is never sold to third parties, and is not used to track you across apps.

AI processing

Meal photos and recipe/exercise requests are sent to the Anthropic API (Claude) for analysis. Photos are not used to train models.

Retention

Meal photos are kept on the server for at most 7 days and then deleted automatically (nutrition records and small thumbnails remain). Other data is kept until you delete it.

Account and data deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all your data inside the app: Profile → Delete Account. This irreversibly removes your records, photos and trainer connections. Individual days can also be deleted from the History screen.

Under GDPR (and Turkish KVKK) you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. Contact msalihdamlibag@gmail.com for any request.
